We all know very well, it's not a "fresher's" cup of tea to crack/get employment opportunities as soon as they finish their graduation. Well, it's something we all know....then what's the new thing I am talking of? is it your technical skills? is it your pleasing personality? is it your superb academic performance? or is it your sharp memory...that how longer you retain, what you learn???
Well folks, it's none of the above...literally!
Employers in today's date, are more skeptical in choosing freshers, why??? because it needs time and money to train them until they become skillful/useful, before they can be on-boarded on projects/handling critical tasks... Employers look at those skills, which can convince them "on you capability of how fast you can learn" and "how fast you can implement what you learn"... and for this it needs a lot of "homework" from your (fresher) end, before they face the real test.
Soft Skills are something, which are proving to be the game changers for employers, as well as for freshers. Soft Skills, doesn't only mean "communication skills" it means, how you behave... (right attitude), how you answer (problem solving approach), how much comfortable you are... (self-confidence) and last but not the least, how you manage? (time, money and yourself).
To crack interviews; freshers need to be prepared on their confidence levels, resumes and should know how to tackle HR round perfectly, because HR round is the point where many loose their opportunities because, they just don't know what to answer and how to answer???
